From training to production: building an agentic engineering team

MasterFabric Team · · 1 min read

Buying an AI tool does not change how a team ships software. The habits do: how work is planned, how agents are given context, how output is checked, and who accepts a change. Those habits can be taught.

Two ways to work with us

Some organizations want MasterFabric to build a system for them. Others want their own engineers to work the same way. Many want both. MasterFabric Academy is the training arm for the second path, and it teaches the same AI SDLC we use in delivery.

What the Academy covers

  • Agent architecture and SDLC processes.
  • Tool use and environment interaction, including MCP.
  • Memory, state, and execution.
  • Evaluation, error analysis, and tuning.
  • Multi-agent orchestration.
  • Guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, and accountability.
  • Mobile agent integration for iOS and Android.
  • CLI, system automation, and terminal applications.

The operations split in the curriculum is simple: DevOps to ship and run, SecOps to guard and verify, LLMOps to evaluate and route.

Private cohorts for companies

For company teams we run private cohorts with a curriculum tailored to their stack, an adoption roadmap for an agentic SDLC, and — when it helps — a longer project partnership that takes the team from training through a production rollout.

The fastest way to learn an AI SDLC is to ship something real with people who already run it.

Getting started

For training, write to academy@masterfabric.co or visit academy.masterfabric.co. If you would rather have us build the system while your team learns alongside, start with the contact page or info@masterfabric.co.
